Workili provides a marketplace platform connecting customers with local service professionals ("Providers"). Workili facilitates communication, booking, and payment but is not a party to the contracts between Customers and Providers.

- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and use of the Platform.
- Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with the Platform's operation.

- Workili may charge service fees for facilitating transactions.
- Cancellations and refunds are subject to our specific policy and the provider's terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
Workili is not liable for the conduct of any user, customer, or provider. We do not guarantee the quality or legality of the services provided by third parties. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
